About welcade community a student community
While Welcade initially started as a way for me to gain experience and potentially generate income, the idea quickly evolved. I recognized the potential to create a much larger impact by fostering a community-based company. This model would not only benefit students by providing them with valuable learning opportunities, but also directly benefit our customers by connecting them with a skilled and eager talent pool.
My journey began at a local NGO (NarayanChandra Trust) where I witnessed firsthand the lack of digital literacy among students. Determined to address this need, I enrolled in an IT program and discovered his passion for coding and web development.
Despite pursuing a career in medicine initially, Jaineek’s interest in technology propelled him to pursue an internship at Beyond Exams, a supporter of the NGO’s education hub. This experience not only honed his skills but also ignited the idea for Welcade.
