Terms and Conditions of Welcade

Introduction

The Terms and Conditions (T&C) outlined below govern the relationship between Welcade and its clients, students, and core team members. By engaging with Welcade’s services, you agree to comply with these terms.

For Students and Interns

  1. Project Participation
    • Students and interns must commit to the projects they are involved in, ensuring that they meet the outlined expectations and deadlines.
  2. Confidentiality and Data Security
    • All students must maintain the confidentiality of the information shared during the course of their internship. Unauthorized use or disclosure of data is strictly prohibited.
  3. Feedback and Reporting
    • Regular feedback and reporting are mandatory. This helps in tracking progress and addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

For Clients

  1. Project Engagement and Payment Terms
    • Clients are required to make an initial advance payment of 30-50% of the total project cost. This payment is necessary for securing the resources required for the project.
    • Full payment must be made upon project completion, following the client’s review and approval.
  2. Content Provision
    • Clients must provide all necessary content and materials in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
  3. Ownership and Access
    • Upon project completion, clients have the option to take control of domain and hosting services. Welcade retains access rights for maintenance purposes unless specified otherwise.
  4. Maintenance and Support
    • Welcade offers a free maintenance period post-project completion. Any additional support beyond this period will be chargeable unless covered under a maintenance package.

For Core Team Members

  1. Employment Terms
    • The employment terms for core team members are specified in their joining letters. These include responsibilities, payment terms, and other contractual obligations.
  2. Confidentiality and Conduct
    • Core team members must adhere to Welcade’s confidentiality agreements and professional conduct guidelines.

General Provisions

  1. Data Security
    • Welcade is committed to maintaining high standards of data security. We implement robust measures to protect sensitive information and comply with applicable data protection laws.
  2. Dispute Resolution
    • Any disputes arising from the engagement with Welcade will be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to arbitration under the relevant jurisdiction.
  3. Modification of Terms
    • Welcade reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Stakeholders will be notified of any significant changes.
  4. Governing Law
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Welcade operates.
