Clients’ Responsibilities

  1. Project Confirmation and Initial Payment
    • Clients are required to confirm their projects within the first week by making an advance payment of 30-50% of the total project cost. This advance payment ensures that our students and developers are compensated promptly for their work, reflecting our commitment to their professional development and financial security.
  2. Provision of Required Content
    • Clients must provide all necessary content, including images, documents, and any other materials needed for the website or project. Timely submission of these materials is essential to avoid delays and ensure the project’s successful completion.
  3. Final Payment and Project Completion
    • The remaining project balance is due upon project completion and after the client has reviewed and approved the final deliverables. Payments should be made directly to the designated Project Manager or Point of Contact (POC) to ensure proper processing.
  4. Domain and Hosting Management
    • Welcade manages the domain and hosting services for projects unless the client opts to take over these responsibilities post-completion. After the initial free maintenance period provided by Welcade, any additional support or issue resolution will incur charges, unless the client has subscribed to a long-term maintenance package.
